So happy to say that Dani & Ian FINALLY had the wedding of their dreams this April! While their original 2020 wedding plans were postponed & their honeymoon to Japan was unfortunately cancelled due to Covid-19, they decided to not let the pandemic prevent them from becoming husband & wife in their own time. Ian & Dani were married in a small ceremony at Dani’s grandmother’s nursing home window last April. This was SUPER sweet & intimate! Shortly after being married, they also got some extra good news—they were pregnant!! Over the last year, Dani & Ian have been eagerly awaiting their big day where they could finally celebrate with everyone and PARTY! They got their wish, however delayed it was, as this day was perfect! Dani & Ian were married at Elmtree Catering in Struthers, Ohio.

Dani & Ian met at Youngstown State University where they took art classes together. (I actually took classes with them, too, having graduated from YSU as well.) They started hanging out more and more outside of school and quickly fell in love. When the time was right, Ian planned an elaborate proposal and asked Dani’s dad for help picking out the perfect engagement ring. As Dani put it, her dad “SUCKS” at keeping secrets though! haha He almost gave Ian away and accidentally forced him to propose early—right after buying the ring! It was also on April 1—A.K.A. April Fools Day! haha Dani wasn’t sure if Ian was playing a trick on her or if he was for real. Ian was definitely FOR REAL and Dani said yes!

Congrats, again, Ian & Dani!! You two deserve all the happiness! 🙂
