Last month, Donny & I captured Perry + Audra’s magical late October wedding. This was such a wonderful day filled with so many sweet moments! Although it rained, this didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits! (Rain is good luck on the wedding day after all!) Everything turned out absolutely gorgeous given the fall landscape, and the rain was magical! We’re so in love with Perry & Audra’s wedding gallery, and we’re so happy to have been able to capture all of these moments for such a sweet couple!

The day began with detail photography & getting ready photos. Audra had a beautiful space for this, which provided pretty, natural window light & gorgeous fall scenery. Audra’s details, especially her dress, was simply gorgeous. The gown complemented Audra so well and she was absolutely stunning on her wedding day!

Audra & Perry were married at St. Thomas the Apostle church in Vienna, OH on a rainy fall afternoon. Their ceremony was traditional. Songs were sung, scripture was read, vows were uttered, and “I dos” made it all official! Perry + Audra shared a beautiful kiss to seal their commitment to one another & exited the church as husband & wife to cheering loved ones blowing bubbles in the rain. (This was super magical!!) We then headed over to Buhl Park for wedding photos, after formal family photos at the church :) Buhl was the absolute perfect location for bridal party photos on this rainy October day, and worked wonderfully!

Buhl Park offered gorgeous fall colors, which made an absolutely stunning backdrop for wedding photos! The Casino, or white mansion, in particular, was a God send on this day, as we really needed a large shelter for many of the photos we wanted to take. Of course, we jumped in the rain, too, in order to capture some more magic, but being able to utilize this gorgeous white wrap around porch was great! We made it through the wind, rain, & cold pretty dry because of this and the photos came out wonderful!

After finishing up wedding photos at Buhl Park, we headed over to Yankee Lake Ballroom in Brookfield, OH to celebrate! The ballroom was decorated beautifully! There were so many lovely decorations, gorgeous flowers, cute details, and a lot of character that really illustrated Perry & Audra’s personalities and relationship well. Besides this, there were delicious cookies (the Youngstown cookie table is a stable of NE Ohio weddings) and an adorable apple cider stand. Donny & I also swooned over all of the pretty twinkle lights and the head table. Everything was so detailed & beautiful, which was not an easy feat given the size of this reception venue! Perry & Audra’s families & venue did a wonderful job!

Perry + Audra’s reception in general was a blast! It was so heartfelt & fun and everyone present got involved in the action! Audra & her hubby shared a sweet dance with one another & their parents; tossed some cake on each other; tossed the bouquet & garter, and danced the night away! It was the perfect end to a wonderful day and we’re so honored to have been a part of it!
