Ryan + Casey's Urban Fall Engagement Session in Downtown Warren at Perkins Mansion, Women's Park, Modern Methods Brewing Company, & Courthouse Square by Youngstown Wedding Photographer

A few weeks ago, Donny & I met up with Ryan + Casey (and their adorable fur babies!) for some colorful fall engagement photos in celebration of these two getting married next year!! :) We roamed around downtown Warren, hitting up several different cool little spots, which offered a ton of scenic variety—both natural & urban. This was one of our favorite sessions of the year and we had so much fun exploring with Ryan + Casey! :)

Donny & I knew from our first meeting over coffee that Ryan + Casey were going to be so much fun to work with! They’re such sweethearts—so friendly & funny, positive, playful, and super cute together! We immediately clicked with them and knew their big day, engagement session, and the whole planning process would be a lot of fun!

Casey + Ryan knew pretty much exactly what they wanted for their engagement session. They had specific ideas and locations in mind for their shoot which meant something to them personally. This made our jobs super simple and allowed us to really work well together to capture exactly what they were looking for. (We always love when we can take a couple’s vision and get extra creative to make it become a reality!) This was the case with a couple of the locations we photographed at during this session! Casey + Ryan decided on Perkins Mansion as one of their photo spots because Ryan’s parents actually had their wedding photos taken there years ago. Ryan + Casey thought it’d be special to capture some of their own photos at the house to honor that! It was such a cool idea, and the building, which was constructed in the late 1800s, was stunningly beautiful! It provided a gorgeous, classy backdrop! We also used the nearby Women’s Park, which was a cute little garden area, before heading to Courthouse Square & nearby Modern Methods Brewing Company. This last destination, tucked away off of David Grohl Alley, was particularly cool and offered some variety to this gallery! (The owners were so sweet to let us take photos at the bar and they make a MEAN coffee lager!) This was a great spot to grab a few cute indoor shots of Casey + Ryan in their element before sneaking outside to finish up the session.

Donny & I had so much fun with Ryan + Casey during their session and we’re so happy with how it all turned out! We can’t wait for their wedding next year, but until then enjoy this gorgeous colorful fall engagement session in Warren, Ohio! :)
