A couple of weeks ago, Donny & I met up with Cody + Angela in celebration of their engagement & upcoming wedding! They chose Mill Creek Park for their session, and on this gorgeous sunny day, it was the perfect place to be!

We had so much fun exploring the always beautiful Fellows Riverside Gardens & Lanterman’s Mill with Cody + Angela! These two are getting married next summer at The Lake Club in Poland, Ohio, but are currently living in the Northwest. We were lucky enough to have great weather during their brief visit to Ohio and we also, thankfully, never had to worry about crazy scattered thunderstorms that plagued all NE Ohio photographers this whole summer! haha Their session turned out amazing and Cody + Angela were naturals in front of the camera! :)

Angela + Cody were so cute together & smiley throughout our session! They picked up on poses quickly and executed them perfectly! (We don’t like to overly pose clients, but a few twirls, dips, or piggy back rides here and there are always super cute!) Mostly, we focus on putting couples in flattering positions which enable them to just be themselves & naturally interact with each other! This allows us to capture more unique, candid & emotional reactions—those always look best!

Cody + Angela pulled everything off so well and the locations they chose for their shoot were so complementary! They definitely made a great choice picking Mill Creek Park! (We absolutely love this specific combination of rustic/woodsy & elegant garden settings!) Donny & I are so happy to have been able to capture so many sweet moments for Angela + Cody at these beautiful spots! We’re in love with this gallery and can’t wait for these two to get married next year!!
