A few weeks ago, Donny & I had the pleasure of telling Mike + Jamie’s story. They, as well as their families and bridal party, were so kind, cool, & fun to be around! We are so honored to be able to work with truly the best couples week after week. Mike + Jamie’s wedding was a blast and we’re so happy to have been a part of it!

Although the wedding day forecast called for rain—like almost everyday this spring so far—it turned out to be a clear, sunny afternoon. It was perfect wedding weather for an outdoor ceremony and Tippecanoe Country Club was a beautiful location for this special day. The venue’s gorgeous green, cute bridge, & pretty tree lines were great for photos; its backdoor patio, which featured fire pits, was awesome for guests; and the outdoor ceremony site was lovely.

Mike + Jamie’s ceremony was short, sweet and to the point. Nothing felt overdone or rushed—just genuine & simple. It was apparent that the bride & groom had long been waiting for this moment and both were eager to begin their new journey together. Mike, despite being a strong military man, openly wept in front of family members + friends at the sight of his beautiful bride walking down the aisle. It was one of many sweet moments from their beautiful wedding day.

Mike + Jamie truly enjoyed their moment, which all brides & grooms should do on their big day (it’s a celebration, after all!). Their bridal party also DEFINITELY relished the special occasion! It was absolutely a party and everyone was siked for the new Mr. and Mrs! All were so much fun and it was so nice witnessing the special bonds both the beautiful bride & her groom had with their bridesmaids & groomsmen as well as close family members and friends alike. They were a very genuine group of people and we so enjoyed working with them! We’re truly honored to have been a part of it!
